Hodgson & Allon believe in continual training to develop the existing and the future workforce. This is done in part by our apprenticeship scheme.

We work in conjunction with the CITB to promote and advance the skill and qualification of young people creating jobs and ensuring continuity of our workforce.

In order to respond to our clients requirements we have created "in-house" training facilities which allow Hodgson & Allon to identify and quickly react to new regulations and legislation.

One of our longest serving employees Mr Harry McMahon recently received an award recognising his longevity and dedication to the industry and his commitment to the improvement of Health and Safety at all levels from apprenticeships to management. The NFRC awarded Harry the Health and Safety champion 2008 trophy at the annual awards.
